Raglan Food Co and Remix Plastic have teamed up to bring you the cutest smiley Yoghi earrings, made of single-use plastic that would have otherwise ended up in landfill. Lift the vibe of your outfits while supporting our planet! Made with love in Christchurch, they’re a cheerful finishing touch to whatever you’re wearing – and being hypoallergenic stainless steel, they’re great for sensitive ears.
The materials used to create these cuties were plastic ice cream & yoghurt lids. Although many think these are recyclable, it’s often only the base of the container that gets recycled, and lids like these end up in landfill. Another reason to buy yoghurt that comes in glass packaging – like Raglan Food Co's!
All profits go towards Raglan Food Co's 1 Million Pieces Project initiative, so they can continue to provide kiwis cleaning up our beaches with necessities like gloves, rubbish bags and of course free plant-based products to keep spirits high. They are so close to reaching their target, with over 900,000 pieces of plastic now collected from beaches all around Aotearoa.
